Admissions
 

A candidate for admissions to a degree programme in the University must have PASSES in the THREE SSSCE Core subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Science, and PASS in THREE SSSCE Elective subjects relevant to the chosen programme with aggregates not exceeding 20.

A better grade in any of the remaining core subjects, namely Agriculture and Environmental Studies, Life Skills and Ghanaian Language will substitute for Core Science in the case of applicants in the non-science based elective subjects, i.e. General Arts, Business Studies and Visual Arts provided, however, that the candidate has obtained at least Grade E in the Core Science.

MATURED STUDENTS
Applicants should be at least 30 years of age and should have GCE Ordinary Level Certificate with credits in five subjects including English Language and Mathematics plus experience in the relevant area of study.
