Membership
There are two main categories of users of the University Library:
Primary and Secondary users.
Primary Users of the library
The primary users (clientelle) of the library are:
Faculty (Lecturers, Teaching Assistants), Students (Undergraduate and Graduates), Researchers, Visiting Scholars, Administrators, Council Members and Members of the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Ghana.
Secondary Users of the Library
Alumni of the University of Mines and Technology, Corporate Bodies, Junior and Senior Staff, Dependants of staff of the University of Mines and Technology, Students of other Tertiary Institution and Research institutions.
