2. Industrial Attachment, Accra Brewery Limited, Accra (June–August  2011)

  • Programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) and Human Machine Interface (HMI).
  • Troubleshooting, fixing and repairing lighting fittings.
  • Checking continuity and connecting motors in star, delta or star/delta.

3. Industrial Attachment,  Ecg Sub Transmission Division, Accra (June –July 2010)

  • Preparation of Termination and Joint on 11 kV and 33 kV cables and basic maintenance of electrical cables including basic tests on cables.
  • Collecting data on 11 kV capacitor bank installation in primary substations.
  • Wiring of Panels, DC, AC and control cables on the capacitor bank panel.
  • Maintenance of transformers and repairing some minor transformer faults including basic tests on transformers.
