Associate Professor Cynthia Borkai Boye is a proactive academic in the Geomatic Engineering Department of UMaT, Tarkwa who is equally proficient in geospatial applications. She holds BSc in Geodetic Engineering from KNUST, Professional Masters in GeoInformatics from ITC Netherlands and a PhD in Oceanography from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is a member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors, Ghana Institution of Engineering, Association of Licensed Surveyors, WWAIM among others. Her research and consultancy works include Shoreline Change Analyses and Prediction, GIS Applications, Fluvial Sediment Analyses and Prediction, Cadastral and Engineering Surveying, and Application of Geospatial techniques in Land Dispute Resolution.
