The Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor and Management of the University of Mines and Technology announce for the information of the general public that the University will hold its 15th Congregation on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the University Main Auditorium.
Graduands who are unable to attend will be expected to pay the specified amount before the issuance of their certificates. Graduands are expected to be seated THIRTY (30) minutes before the commencement of the programme. All Graduands are expected to attend congregation rehearsals on Friday, 24th November, 2023 in the Auditorium and should be seated by 1:30 pm. The rehearsal is mandatory and must be observed as such.
COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES:
Graduates are to collect their certificates from the Auditorium after the ceremony from 1:00pm - 4:30pm. Those who are unable to collect their certificates after the ceremony should pick them up from the Academic and Student Affairs Secretariat (Room 312) from Monday 27th November, 2023.
All Postgraduate graduands are to pay GH¢ 500.00 and Undergraduate graduands are to pay GH¢ 270.00 to cover certificate tubes, congregation brochures, hiring of gowns and administrative charges into the following account details:
