Undergraduate and Postgraduate students who completed their programmes of study during the 2021/2022 academic year should pay the appropriate graduation fee at Fidelity Operational Bank Account, University of Mines and Technology, Account Number 1070240117423.

GRADUATION FEE:
*Undergraduate -GHC 250
* Postgraduate -GHC 450
The graduation fee covers; Congregation Publication, Certificate Holders, Hiring of Gowns and Administrative Costs.
Note:
Graduands who opt out of the ceremony will be expected to pay the stipulated fee before the collection of their Certificates.

Graduands are required to register with the Academic and Students Affairs at
CONGREGATION REHEARSAL
All Graduands are expected to attend a mandatory rehearsal on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.
COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE
Issuing of Certificates will be done after the ceremony at the Auditorium from 1:00 p.m. to 4: 30 p.m.
Graduates who are unable to collect their certificates after the ceremony should pick them up at the Academic and Students’ Affairs Office (312) from Monday, March 27, 2023.
